At Pure Organic Zone, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (perishable and non-perishable), refunds are processed under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product is expired (in case of perishable items)
- The wrong product was delivered
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product has been used or consumed
- The request is raised after the allowed time window
- The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Refund Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a refund request within **48 hours of delivery** for perishable items
- Within **3 days of delivery** for non-perishable items
